Automotive Salesperson

Sunbury Motor Company is seeking motivated energetic individuals who are passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle at our Ford store. Whether youre an experienced salesperson with a strong customer service background or have no automotive sales experience at all we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow up after the sale
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering a first-class buying experience
• Provide customers with information to relevant questions about vehicles
• Contact immediately and follow up on daily leads

Qualifications:

• General automotive knowledge is preferred but not required
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Motivation to sell as many vehicles as possible

Compensation:

• We offer two plans for our salespeople
  • $500/wk guaranteed pay plus a lower commission percentage
  • $290/wk draw plus a significantly higher commission percentage
• Yearly salary is determined by you. A sales position at Sunbury Motor Company grants you with a unique opportunity to make as much money as you want. The more vehicles you sell the more you get paid.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
• Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
  • Note: Salespeople are allowed one full day off and one half day off during the work week.
