Hours:8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri
Duration:6-7 Month Contract - W2 Only
Pay rate:$20-23/hr (depending on experience)

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position (W2 Only) in Kingston NY.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)
- Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
- Data entry
- Emailing scanning and faxing duties
- Reception desk coverage
- Processing mail
- Corresponding with and answering customer questions
- Scheduling appointments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Using Microsoft Outlook Teams Word Excel and Forms.
- Using Zoom Microsoft Teams and other platforms for providing virtual services.
- Managing multiple tasks
- Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines.
- Ability to process applications register and review for completion
- Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR
