What youll do:

In this role youll sit at the heart of the Networks CTO Office driving portfolio management across planning execution and simplification. Youll connect strategy finance and delivery while exploring how data analytics and AI can strengthen prioritization improve decisionmaking and enable smarter ways of working. • As a Strategy & Portfolio Manager you will drive endtoend Network prioritization for portfolio planning balancing country needs lifecycle management and strategic commitments.
• You will own and follow up on our most vital Network deliveries securing financial control ontime execution and roadmap alignment towards our 2030 ambitions.
• Acting as the main portfolio contact from the Network side you will lead clarify responsibilities and manage incoming local demands. Working closely with Technology and Infrastructure you will help shape strategies financial plans and a more datadriven simplified way of working.
• You will also have a leading role in defining AI implementation for Networks unit broad processes such as investment planning and portfolio management.

What will help you thrive in this role:

The ideal candidatepossessesstrong problem-solving & organizational skills paired with businessacumenand a growth oncreatingvalue and drive increased claritythe ideal candidateexcelsin communication and interpersonal interactions.

• 3 -5 years of experience in consulting advisory or similar environments ideally supported by hands-on exposure to network infrastructure or related technical domains.
• A proactive actionoriented mindset with a willingness to iterate and continuously improve.
• Strong learning agility including openness to feedback willingness to take initiative and ability to learn from both successes and challenges.
• Flexibility and resilience with the capacity to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Fluency in English.

For Lithuanian applicants only: monthly salary range for this position

3320-4980 EUR (gross) annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
