The Head of Performance Managementis responsible fordeveloping& improvingthe operational sales managementforall ofB2B. The roleis responsible forensuringthat all sales units(Major Account Channel Sales and other B2B segments)workina commontransparentand unifiedframeworkfor monitoring reporting and performancesalesmanagement.The role also includes responsibility for supporting the sales management teams with operational sales reporting & analytics both recurring & predefined as well as proactive &and more exploratory analytics.
Whatyoulldo:
In this roleyouwill be responsible for leadingthe performance management teamand the teamsdeliveries prioritiesand skills development.Youllalso ensure high quality in structuresprocessesandmethodologyfor sales management as well as creatinga culture of data drivetransparencyand operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the performance team anditsdevelopment
- Developone commonframeworkfor sales steeringestablishand manage a unifiedmethodologyfor pipeline management forecast processes and KPI monitoring
- Drive standardization where possible and adaptation where necessary
- Developandoptimizethe structures for how pipeline meetings forecastreviewsand performance reviews are to be conducted.ensure that sales managers and channel managers have the right toolstemplatesand processes to conduct daily follow-up
- Support sales managers and channel managers withstructure and methodswithouttakingover their operational responsibilities
- Drive data quality and reporting discipline through clear processes and follow-up frameworks
What will help you thrive in this role:
To be successful in this role we believe you have10 years of experience in Sales Operations Performance Management BusinessControlor similar analytical and operational roles.You also have experience in leading teams or driving operational processes in complex organizations.
Key experience:
- Proven experiencefrom leading rolesinSales ManagementSales Operations and Performance Management in large complex organizations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge ofpipeline management forecast processes and KPI monitoring
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders andwork closely with sales managers and experience in advanced sales follow-up
- Meritorious: experience in transformation work or establishment of new control models.
- Fluency in English andSwedish
