Work From Home Data Entry full time- Immediate Need

Our company creates digital clones of Sales Executives with patent-pending AI. We call them Sailebots. For the Fortune 500, SMBs and individuals alike, Sailebots automate the entire prospecting lifecycle and generate Actionable Opportunities.

The Data Entry Specialist will have a direct impact on the performance of all Sailebots. They ll work with the Operations department to ensure a successful deployment of each Sailebot, including fulfilling optimization requests and working to continuously improve our processes.

Qualifications:

• A pro at researching, sourcing, analyzing, exporting, organizing and entering data
  
• Comfortable organizing, sorting, and managing data; look to data for decision-making
  
• The ability to prioritize tasks accordingly, even as new inbound priorities come in
  
• Critical thinker with strong technical skills; highly proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software)
  
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
  
• Change the future work ethic
  
• Experience with Tableau, Quicksight, or other BI tools and the ability to write and/or execute back-end SQL queries for data extraction preferred
  
• Previous success in a fast-paced, startup environment preferred
  

Responsibilities:

• Help drive the performance of Sailebots by optimizing controllable elements such as research, targeting, deliverability, and more
  
• Organize, sort, enter and deliver data
  
• Use data to analyze Sailebot performance, share findings with other stakeholders
  
• Fulfill Sailebot optimizations, as communicated by internal stakeholders
