We are seeking a VP Treasury and Capital Markets to help drive treasury and capital markets planning and execution. The role will report to the CFO and responsible for overall liquidity management, interest rate management, capital deployment, debt covenant compliance, and implementation of new treasury policies.
This position will be focused on building Trilon s treasury function including debt compliance, cash flow models, capital structure analysis, covenant compliance and capital planning processes for acquisitions. The role will be a hands-on, rollup your sleeves position. It will be a lot of work, but a lot of reward in the work you do.
We seek an individual that has a can-do, get your hands dirty mentality with the treasury knowledge and capabilities to build a function on the fly. There will be a lot of acquisition work that will occur with the company so experience with that and working with a PE firm is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage debt compliance process. Ensure compliance with existing covenants using knowledge of all financial and legal covenants
Monitor and help manage the company s cash position and transactions
Manage interest expense planning, forecasting and reporting
Partner with VP of Finance and Business Controllers to establish a cash flow forecasting model
Develops, analyze and recommends capital structure and cash flow decisions for the company
Lead acquisition capital planning and execution and covenant compliance
Maintenance of banking relationships and administration
Identify, recommend and implement cost-effective and efficient treasury systems and banking platforms for business operations and financial shared services
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in capital markets and treasury operations
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, MSF) or professional certification (CFA, CPA, FRA, or CTP) preferred
- Capital markets and analysis knowledge and administration

What you will bring to the job: Bachelor s degree in accounting with at least 3 years of public accounting experience, big four preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
