Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive team's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments across different time zones
Coordinate and arrange virtual meetings and events, including webinars and video conferences
Act as a gatekeeper for the executive team's inbox, managing correspondence and responding to emails on behalf of the executives
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
Provide support for the executive team's personal and professional needs as required
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
