We are looking for a Data Integrity Analyst to join its world class team. This role is responsible for data integrity within Salesforce, Oracle and the Data Warehouse as well as conducting audits for financial/legal compliance and data discrepancies. The current environment is best suited for someone with a passion for accuracy, improving existing processes and managing diverse tasks within a fast-paced growing organization. In this role, you ll be working with sales leadership (international and domestic), Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT.

Requirements

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for Finance and Legal to comply with external auditor requirements as it relates to Commercial Operations functions as well as supporting audits required by Customer entities such as GPOs
  • Monitor daily audit reports and take appropriate action to support correction and audit requirements
  • Create, maintain, and execute analysis for contracts, pricing, GPO membership and marketing data through Definitive
  • Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for analysis. Conduct analyses, develop conclusions & communicate recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Run reports to maintain data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle, support data report requests from sales or leadership, and reports to monitor company contracted compliance clauses
  • Identify Data Integrity errors, do root cause analysis, and work with cross functional teams to create and execute new processes to support data accuracy
  • Audit contracted and estimated consignment inventory values across systems to maintain integrity between systems and to flag corrective action as needed
  • Create, monitor, support and manage commercial, contract and sales operations reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Oversee the integrity of the pricing process concerning Customer Contracts
  • Support new product roll outs or strategic business initiatives by ensuring proper system setup, cross functional process creation, and assessment of impact on Contract operations and create processes or request automation to support those initiatives
  • Work with Legal team to request amendments, new contracts and terminations for business needs such as new product launches, discontinuation of products, strategic business decisions that affect contracts
  • Ensure that contract data being captured in SFDC is adequate and reportable
  • Partner with different stakeholders to build and streamline commercial operations processes and ensure alignment across multiple different functions.
  • Engage in frequent interaction with sales, finance, and commercial operations teams to assist with questions, process improvements, and complex sales flows.
  • Contribute to various day-to-day activities and manage projects within the commercial operations team and other departments as needed.
