Our client is a marketing strategist and a copywriter who owns a prominent marketing agency based in She offers several services such as revamping marketing approaches, copywriting, graphic designing and implementing SEO


About the Role:

The objective of the role is to provide marketing and administrative support to the client so she can effectively utilize her time and resources while accepting more The daily activities of the Virtual Assistant manage two core areas - content creation support or project management, and administrative

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content creators (brief creators on each project)
  • Monitor the content creator platform for updates
  • Using the Content Management System, check if the output submitted overnight by the content creation team matches the style brief of the projects being worked on
  • Coordinate with the content team to check and revise the output (content - text or image) or just run the text via grammar and plagiarism checker
  • Update the content brief with templates provided
  • Become familiar with client s brand style and content quality requirements over time and assess the quality of deliverables from content creators and provide meaningful feedback
  • Conduct research - research popular hashtags for social media posts and research for facts and data to be included in blog posts
  • Upload the content to CMS and update Project Management tools with the progress
  • Align output vs style brief by being very aware of the varying preferences per client
  • Schedule social media posts using tools we provide
  • Perform data-entry and data presentation tasks such as filing keywords in table
  • Organize files such as graphic images and label them accordingly and
  • Keep standard operating procedures and templates up to date as the client develops new and more efficient workflows
  • Complete accurate time sheets and attend meetings promptly

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing or relevant role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Content or copywriting skills is a plus
  • Must have good time management skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and flexible with changing priorities
  • Highly organised and have experience managing projects with lots of moving parts
  • Must be self-motivated to work without supervision
  • Proactive and is willing to learn new skills
  • Tech-savvy and can easily navigate new and unfamiliar tools
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Familiar with or experienced using the following tools:
  • Qurate
  • Plutio
  • PostPlanner
  • Social Pilot
  • InBox
  • WordPress (Elemental and Divi)
