Responsibilities:
• Bringing in airline tickets and hotels reservation and editing
• Answering clients requirements regarding travel appointments and housing reservation
• Clarify canceling reservation process
• Making offers for corporates and individuals
• Handling clients complaints in an appropriate way
• Making sure the clients visa is valid for specific countries
• Determine travel destination, hotel arrangement, and best roads
• Facilitate arrival process from arrival station to hotels
• Be aware of travel costs and recommend the best for the clients
