Trainee Operator

Position Title : Trainee

Period of Engagement : 1 - 2 years. Offer will be released for one year and may be extended for 2^nd year based on the individual performance and business scenario.

Gender : Only Female candidates

Education : Three years regular Diploma (All streams related to Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile & Production Engineering | CSE, IT & CIVIL are not eligible)

Year of Passing : 2022, 2023 (No active arrears)

Age : 18 to 22 years

Experience : 0 to 1 year exp from non-unionized auto or auto ancillary industries.

Job Nature : Any role in Manufacturing process like Production, Quality, SCM etc.,

Working Pattern : 6 days in week, 2 shifts ( 1^st shift 6:30AM to 03:15PM | 2^nd Shift 3:15PM to 12:00AM) Home drop will be provided in 2^nd shift.
