we need resources with Techno-Functional and more on client facing experience. Candidate with experience managing offshore teams experience is a HUGE PLUS. Candidates who worked in companies like Capgemini, Dellottie will be a good fit.

Candidate from the East coast is an ideal fit as this. client is in the UK so the time zone will match.

This is a 100% remote position.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience as Project manager / Business Analyst in medium to large projects
• 2 years or more experience with ERP ( Supply Chain/ Financials ) implementation
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL). Familiarity with end-to-end processing of financial transactions.
• 1 year or more experience in Banking industry in Treasury / Payments / Loans / Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance
• 2 years or more experience in integration of ERP systems with Vendors / Banks
• 5+ years working on Agile Projects and strong understanding of Agile process and methodologies (daily standup / scrum, etc)

Critical Skill Set :

• Working knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS / SAP financials
• Pragmatic Approach to get job done
• Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction based on customer needs
• Critical Thinker and Problem Solver
• Experience working on projects for financial institutions, Fintech's, or Banks

Must have :

• Strong Business and Technology acumen
• Self-starter with superior analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Facing skills. Have been in customer facing role for more than 5 years
• Excellent written / oral communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Ability to conduct & lead working sessions with customers / business & functional leads for requirement analysis, identify & document Use Cases, prepare business and functional specifications.
