Lakeside has been engaged by one of the largest distributors of top-quality aftermarket collision parts for repair shops in East Coast of the US. Their unsurpassed reputation for part quality, order accuracy, speed-to-delivery and overall value has been earned and proven since the mid-1980s. With over 30 locations, and growing, they are looking for their first Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager. This role will lead the field and corporate TA team. This critical role will help the the company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the TA team by managingthe team in their day-to-day operations, develop and establish an overall recruiting strategy that is alignment with the company's goals.
  • Develop and implement an effective TA strategy for the organization
  • Determine current recruiting needs and assist the leadership team in developing hiring forecasts
  • Lead and develop a company branding initiative
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to create a positive and consistent hiring experience
  • Develop consistent TA processes to be utilized across the company consistently to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Lead and manage the hiring process for the senior leadership positions
  • Establish and monitor key TA metrics, KPIs, trends to ensure the company can meet their business goals
Qualifications:
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, they expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in the company.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as talent acquisition manager
  • BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • Experience with UKG / UltiPro or other HRIS systems
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker
While the role is remote, there will be travel required to the field or corporate office, expected travel 40-50%
