Maintain effective communication with drivers prior to trips to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor, anticipate, and coordinate pre-trip operations.
Ensure the successful completion of all requested trips.
Provide regular updates on the status and progress of next day rides to the Digital Operations and Sales teams.
Update trip prices upon completion.
Confirm next day rides to ensure proper planning and execution.
Manage contingency operations and associated costs.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably in operations.
Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
Strong communication skills.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
