Supply Acquisition Lead

• Responsible for acquiring new suppliers.
  

• Responsible drivers acquisition targets.
  

• Responsible for managing relationships between ILLA and suppliers to ensure high suppliers satisfaction.
  

• Supply Acquisition through Multiple channels ex. Suppliers, Ambassadors, On-ground and Referrals program.
  

• Suppliers Performance management.
  

• Responsible for tiering and categorizing suppliers.
  

• Designing suppliers incentives to increase intake.
  

• Setting Actions helping suppliers to improve their performance.
  

• Budgeting and Cash flow tracking for suppliers.
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Experience in logistics, Supply
  
• Experience in land freight is a plus
  
• Bachelors Degree faculty of commerce, English section.
  
• Excellent Analytical Skills.
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
