Qualifications and Responsibilities:

A Site Supervisor or Superintendent with a minimum of 10+ years experience in a General Contracting environment in commercial and institutional construction.

Direct field supervision of mid-sized tenant fit up institutional or commercial projects.

Trade background in carpentry and/or Gold Seal Certification considered an asset.

Effective supervision, coordination, and scheduling of construction duties to ensure consistent completion of projects on-time, on budget and to their clients satisfaction.

Demonstrated leadership, field management and problem-solving skills support your collaborative approach to delivering results and developing members of the team.

The ideal candidate is service and results-oriented, able to build and steward trust with a wide network of colleagues, subcontractors as well as team members to effect competitive excellence, strong sense of teamwork and unprecedented project delivery.

Compensation Range:

$105K to $115K+ is the starting salary range, depending solely on the skills and experience you bring to the table. If you think you deserve more coming in the door, tell us why and the option may become available!
