About the Position:

HelloSubs is hiring new and experienced teachers to join our substitute teacher team in Houston.

Tryout teaching, support your community, and work when you want! Once you pass screening, simply download our app to accept any short & long-term assignments you want.

Payment and benefits:

• Pay rate of $160 to $200 per day
  

• W-2 employee of HelloSubs (we handle taxes)

• Set your own schedule, no minimum work requirements
  

• Well reimburse out-of-pocket background check costs after 10 days worked
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of teaching experience preferred; less can be considered
  

• Bachelors degree or higher from accredited university is preferred; minimum 60 hours college credit
  

• If no Bachelors, 1+ years of teaching experience is required
  
• Teaching license is great, but not required
  

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
