Start-up Internship - Future entrepreneur

We are looking for a Start-up Internship - Future entrepreneur to support our launch efforts. You will be working directly with our Founder. to join our dynamic & small team for a three or six months internship and provide creative ideas to yet unsolved problems.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to help build an innovative social media App from scratch and see the inside of a fast-moving startup. You will work directly with MenteeGuru's founder, as well as other team members to support them in the daily tasks of building a growing company.

The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur who enjoys learning about business processes, working hard, taking on various tasks, and learning and networking. In return, you'll get unique insights into a new, young company, first-hand experience in entrepreneurship, great learning in development, start-up tools, and business communications, and the chance to make a real and lasting impact on social media Globally.

Who we re looking for: You have a growth mindset; you are pumped by the idea of growing professionally in parallel with an early-stage startup and you are willing to hustle and learn every day you go to work. You are obsessed with user experience and want to build world-class products based on simplicity. You find the experience at an early-stage venture-backed startup exciting. Like being a founder yourself, your responsibilities will range from routine tasks like business analysis and recruiting to driving your own projects like developing growth strategies and supporting fundraising.

Tasks

You will support us for a period of 3-6 months, full-time or a minimum of 2 days per week in case of a working student position. During this period, you will be given the responsibility and trust to navigate a growing start-up. You will be actively involved in all business processes, including:

• Drive your own business development projects (business modeling, social media, research, set-up processes, etc.)
• Support
  the product launch of our app (testing, copywriting, user feedback
  & more. Your skills and ownership will shape this role!
• You will actively support the CEO in the operative day-to-day business
• Create a strategy for MenteeGuru to gain an international presence and awareness

Requirements

Ongoing studies for a Bachelor's or Master, preferably in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or Management at a top-tier business school

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in the start-up scene
• Smart and entrepreneurial - if you're planning to found a start-up yourself, this is your chance to do a dry run
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty.
• Structured and hands-on work approach.
• Strong ownership and independence.
• Ability to learn quickly on the go.
• You are fluent in English or Arabic.
