About the Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 5+ years experience to join our IT services company. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business leads and drive sales growth in the US market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and promoting our IT services to potential clients.
Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA + Bonus (Revenue Linked)
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify and target potential clients in the US market.
- Prospecting: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, online research, and social media to proactively identify and engage with potential leads.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry verticals, emerging trends, and target companies that align with our services.
- Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning and research, ensuring that they meet the criteria for our services and have the potential for conversion.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients to understand their pain points, present our services, and position them as valuable solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and quotations that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our IT services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other agreements, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, focusing on key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging tools, and techniques for lead generation, and implement continuous improvements to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the US market and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in lead generation, performing sales activity, preferably in the US market for IT service company.
2. Lead Generation Skills: Proven track record of successfully generating high-quality leads using various channels and techniques.
3. US Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the US market, including key industries, market trends, and competitor landscape.
4. Consultative Selling: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, articulate solutions, and effectively sell consultative services.
5. Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
7. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
8. Results-Driven: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a strong focus on results and a sense of urgency.
9. CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
10. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
11. Team Collaboration: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.
10. Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
