Campos EPC is seeking aSr. Manager of Pursuits & Branding for a full-time position located in Denver, CO.

Job Description:

Management professional to support company businesss development activities through the management and production/execution of proposals and marketing campaigns and activities. In addition to overseeing the management and coordination of active pursuits (proposals) and marketing plans, this individual will make strategic improvements to our processes in order to more efficiently capture business, review performance data to validate current processes and approaches, and to improve the engagement of our marketing practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee, manage, and coordinate the pipeline of active pursuits underway at the company and/or one of its subsidiaries.

Evaluate and refine the proposal process through a continuous improvement model.

Become highly familiar with all Campos services offerings and the industries and markets that we serve.

Coordinate with Operational leadership and Subject Matter Experts in the preparation of proposals and provide quality oversight and contributions.

Provide executive leadership with regular reporting on all active pursuits, ROI on campaigns, and effective hit rate on proposal submissions.

Maintain a visible schedule on proposal and marketing campaign timelines.

Lead in the development and continued refinement of a content library that houses go-to information for high-quality proposals.

Oversee and manage company CRM tool and associated processes.

Develop, implement, evaluate and refine integrated strategic marketing plans based upon data, trends and market needs.

Collaborate with regional leadership to propose and execute targeted marketing campaigns.

Perform various Project Management duties such as overseeing process improvement initiatives.

Direct and develop individual staff goals, provide mentorship and monitors results.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business, Master s degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years experience in the leadership or management of Business Development, Marketing and/or proposals is required.

SKILLS

Ability to work independently, outline strategies for enhanced effectiveness and to collaborate with other company stakeholders and leaders to improve the presentation, quality and competitiveness of our pursuits.

Possess strong organizational and technical writing skills.

Highly motivated with a keen eye for quality.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office. MS Power Apps experience highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to identify and creatively resolve problems in a team environment.

Ability to work in a high-volume atmosphere with competing priorities.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
