Sr. Associate Manufacturing Systems will provide technical engineering support on all system/equipment optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications and ensure that all the maintenance team operations and activities are maintained in compliance with respect to current corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory standards and FDA standards.
To provide:
- Desired background: Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering and/or Technology (or any other related field).
Software: Systech Vision Systems, PLC Software (Logix 500, Logix5000, Siemens, etc.) are highly desirable. - Knowledge in Systech, Cognex, Keyence Vision Systems.
- Equipment Troubleshooting
- Process Control
- Industrial Automation
- Electrical and Pneumatics Drawings Interpretations
- PLC Programming
- Knowledge in VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) (Rockwell, siemens or others).
- Knowledge in Vision Systems (Systech, Cognex, Keyence s, etc.).
- Good communication (with peers and supervisor/mangers)
- Self-Starter Person
Requirements
- Master s degree or Bachelor s degree and 2 years of Engineering experience or Associate s degree and 6 years of Engineering experience or High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Engineering experience.
- Availability Shift: 12hrs - from 5pm to 5:30am
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
Bachelor Bachelor's degree Engineering or Business Administration. 2 years of experience working in supply chain management within a highly regulated Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment (e.g., Good Manufacturing Practices/GMP, Sarbanes-Oxley, high value/high risk). Experience of working with third party suppliers Bilingual (English & Spanish) APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required to perform Asset Planner Role.
