RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pays slot machine jackpots, perform hopper fills, and complete the required paperwork neatly and accurately
- Enroll guests into the MGM Resorts International Players Club
- Make minor repairs to slot machines by clearing coin jams, hopper jams and EZ-Pay ticket jams
- Circulate through an assigned section and responds to slot machine lights in a quick and timely manner
- Keep well informed of the various types of slot machines on the casino floor to better assist guests in looking for a particular type of machine or denomination
- Maintain a “pouch pay” currency bank to pay hand-pay jackpots and provide change assistance to guests
- Recommend shows, restaurants and attractions to guests and stay current on company and departmental news and events to answer guests’ questions
- Report all underage persons to Supervisor and/or Security, as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
