SiteCivil Engineer Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall financial performance, leadership, and management of team
  
• Develop team of high-performing, skilled professionals
  
• Implement strategies to expand the team
  
• Manage project prioritization, project workload, and team financials
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Participate in community organizations to develop industry recognition
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or sciences preferred
  
• 6+ years of experience
  
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
  
• Project management experience
  
• Proven record of identifying project opportunities and winning work
