Showroom Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all technical activities and daily operations in coordination with the Company Manager, General Stage Manager, Property Entertainment, and various departments.
• Act as liaisons with Cirque du Soleil, production partners and property as a representative of the Entertainment Department.
• Serve as the direct report for daily operational needs of all Heads of Department. Ensure consistency of show call operations and show elements. Oversee and production manage any special events or special projects in the showroom.
• Demonstrate excellent people management skills to foster a healthy, positive, structured, and safe work environment with high employee morale.
• Engage with employees and demonstrate S.H.O.W service standards to internal and external customers.
• Manage the crew schedule in accordance with the IATSE CBA, coordinate show calls, vacations and department projects, time keeping and editing.
• Oversee on‐going required training for the technical department. Strong collaboration with department leads to ensure proper maintenance on all show elements.
• Compile and send a nightly technical report to Show Senior team members.
• Maintain orders, maintenance records and par levels for all technical departments including consumables, rentals, equipment, and fixtures.
