We are in need to hire a skilled UX/UI Designer to create user-centric and visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Role:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with the companys brand identity and design guidelines.
- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions based on user feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, ensuring continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design patterns, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging assets for promotional materials and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of past projects that demonstrate design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
