Responsibilities:
• Conducting the job analysis to create and update clear job descriptions in order to hire, train, compensate, and evaluate the employees.
• Coordinate the hiring of new staff members and interns including recruitment, hiring, orientation and on-boarding process.
• Following up the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that the performance management system provided with accurate and timely support and effective input to maximize the performance of the employees.
• Identifying the training needs assessments (TNA), designing the annual training plan and preparing the training budget to maintain and improve the employee’s strengths, thus achieving the company goals and objectives and fulfilling the company vision & mission.
• Responsible for ensuring all staff are recruited and trained in accordance to the HR Polices & Procedures to meet company needs and objectives.
• Reviewing and updating the policy and procedures for approval by the management in the light of changes to the labor law or company regulations.
• Preparing and analyzing statistical HR reports & documents within specific time-frame as requested by management.
