Our clienthas been providing healthcare and risk management solutions to clients around the world for the last three decades. They are offering a young dynamic individual and opportunity to develop their sales skills in this Lead Generation role.
You will be responsible for producing sales leads by calling on C-suit clients within large and medium sized multi-national companies throughout Europe and Scandinavia countries, based in Claremont.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships- this key role will take responsibility for lead generation and arranging prospective meetings for the relevant BDM.
This role requires :
A proven interest/experience of outbound lead generation via multiple channels (phone, social media, email campaigns)
The ability to source quality leads to pass onto the Corporate Business Development Team, utilising the tools given to you.
The ability to manage leads via a CRM platform with scheduled follow ups
Close working relationship with the Corporate Business Development team
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Following up email campaigns and ongoing leads
Converting leads into qualified appointments both face to face and online
Qualifying leads in terms of size, requirements, and time-scales
Act as an ambassador for the business, by promoting the companies services and identifying new business leads and opportunities.
Maintain Salesforce the sales database is kept up to date with follow up notes and further actions.
Meeting appointment monthly meeting target
Sourcing new leads via various methods
DIARY MANAGEMENT AND MEETING PREPARATION
- Ensure knowledge of the corporate sales teams plans and provide a supporting role.
- Maintain a good knowledge and relationships with the operational teams.
- Prepare power point presentation material.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT:
This is a diverse role, working within an exciting and fast-moving department with opportunity for career development into a sales role after 12 months if targets are achieved.
The job holder will have the opportunity to learn and develop sales and marketing skills, as well as industry knowledge from an established team.
Requirements

- Previous SDR experience
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently using own initiative, with a high level of accuracy, as well as work with others in a team and take the initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work effectively managing multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Other language(s) would be a benefit.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
