Senior Finance Executive

We are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Executive to organize all the financial transactions to make the balance between the revenue and the debits. The person will generally work in maintaining the financial situation of the company in a safe place to avoid any crisis.

• Manage the daily financial and accounting transactions like cash management, receivables, payables, banking, record transactions
  
• Process monthly local and international payroll and generate salary slips
  
• Implement financial systems to monitor all the cash flow management, financial reporting, grant management and compliance, budgeting, internal control, financial record-keeping and accounting information consolidation
  
• Present all the expenses, revenue, and collections in a monthly report to C-levels
  
• Monitor the cash flow requirements
  
• Prepare Financial Statements (Cash flow statement, income statement, balance sheet)
  
• Generate monthly invoices
  
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  
• Update internal systems with financial data
  
• Review and implement financial policies
  
• Be a part of the annual fiscal budget
  
• Work in gathering data and offer the needed support for the tax audit
  
• Do a monthly reconciliation for the accounts including credit cards and banks
