Salary Range:$110,000 to $140,000 based on experience + 15% Bonus

Job Brief
The Delivery Lead Consultant will have a functional and technical background in delivering integration solutions across ERP, Sales, and other line of business applications. The consultant will work with team members and clients in the planning and delivery of integration solutions generally related to various ERP and Sales systems including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics. Requirements/Qualifications
- The delivery lead consultant must have the ability to lead a client engagement and team of integration developers through the entire life cycle of a project including presales, project estimating, analysis, design, build and delivery of the final solution.
What You'll Do Here:
- Collaborate with clients and functional teams to understand and document client’s integration requirements.
- Participate in presales activities with sales team as it pertains to integration opportunities.
- Scope and plan integration projects with functional team members for clients.
- Lead teams in the delivery of integration projects for clients including design, build, test, and deployment of integrations.
- Document integration solutions and train clients.
- Oversee and manage multiple client’s projects simultaneously.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior resources and offshore resources.
- Passionate about technology and enjoys learning new skill continuously
- Anticipate 15% travelrequirement
Your Profile and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering consulting projects in client facing roles.
- At least 3 years of experience developing integration solutions.
- Understanding of the different integration patterns.
- Outstanding client relationship skills.
- Ability to simplify technology when discussing solutions with clients.
- Experience with ERP and Sales applications and their associated processes. (e.g. Sales Order Processing, Inventory Management, etc.)
- Experience creating integration process flows, functional and technical design documents, client documentation, and use cases.
- Possess success project leadership abilities.
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical Qualifications - Experience with IPAAS platforms, Dell Boomi a plus.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON and messaging frameworks.
- Experience with one or more modern programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#.
- SQL skills including writing queries, views, stored procedures.
- Experience with Azure or AWS a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
