Job Description:

Assisting the Finance Director with preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, support ith audit, and perform other accounting responsibilities by the following duties:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions, reconciling sub-Ledger to general ledger account balances, Preparing financial statements. Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of the risk areas. Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance. Publish financial statements in time. Handle monthly closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments.  Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Compute taxes and prepare returns. Report on company's financial health & quality.  Audit financial transactions and documents. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. Comply with financial policies & regulations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance is required.
