• Manage each project's scope and schedules.
• Use agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Create Epic cards, Backlog and new orders.
• Define and manage tasks, risks and work items.
• Coordinating sprints and meetings
• Coach, mentor and support development teams to follow Lean values, principles and practices.
• Schedule and facilitate events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor progress and performance and help teams make improvements.
• Plan and organize demos and tests of products and systems.
• Track project operations, deliverables, and financials.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
