SAP HANA Finance Technical Analyst, RTRDescription


The end client Technology Team designs, creates and implements the methods and tools needed to make the world s largest sports brand run faster, smarter and more securely. Global Technology teams aggressively innovate the solutions needed to help employees navigate client's rapidly evolving landscape. From infrastructure to security and supply chain operations, Technology specialists drive growth through top-flight hardware, software and enterprise applications.


The client "Record to Report" team needs a strong Technical Analyst for the Central Finance team. You will be working in close collaboration with the General Accounting and Statutory Reporting team to determine a holistic technical solution that will elevate the game for our Controlling business partners. Your experience working in an agile environment and experience in translating requirements to technical and reporting solutions, will create, deliver, and support the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest delivery time. In partnership with Architects, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Capability process and solution analysts, you will be a key member of the delivery of the next SAP HANA ERP for client.

Responsibilities

.

Define scope, break down the work into Features, manage and prioritize the backlog on an ongoing basis and manage that work through to delivery within established budgets using the defined program s hybrid-agile methodology.

.

Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction

.

Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions

.

Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs

.

Build an effective Capability team with our offshore ITO partner and business stakeholders

.

Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements

Skills

  • Technology expertise in supporting and developing with various technologies SAP S4 HANA, Central finance, SLT, AIF, Coupa, Concur, Aravo, Informatica, Pega Systems, HTML, AWS, etc.
  • Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Central Finance)

.

Solid experience in SAP Finance and Controlling technology, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Legal Entity design, COPA, Consolidations, accounting business processes in a Global, multi-currency environment

.

Hands-on experience on SAP General Ledger (Classic & New).

.

Knowledge on SAP Central Finance Deployment and S/4 Data Replication knowledge

  • Prior experience with creating config and mapping documents, performing interface analysis and creating STTM s, work with high volume loads, error handling
  • Experience dealing with high volume data and reporting needs
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications is critical required.
  • ­Knowledge and experience with SAP systems and processes that support wholesale and direct-to-consumer financial capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business process and the Capabilities in the Program.
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
  • Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact

Qualifications:

.

Minimum 6 years relevant work experience with bachelor s degree

.

Prior technology experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites
