Lead and Drive Clients Business Deployment project team and work 4 MAIN tracks, within the team and as a key member of the project team. This includes working both with the clients Business and Tech teams and initiatives.

SAP Customer Activity Repository is a foundation that collects transactional data that was previously spread over multiple independent applications in diverse formats. The repository provides a common foundation and a harmonized multichannel transaction data model for all consuming applications.

Retailers can use SAP Customer Activity Repository to gradually transform their system landscapes from traditional database technology to the revolutionary, in-memory database technology.

SAP Customer Activity Repository includes the following features:

• POS Data Transfer and Audit (POS Data Management)
  
• Multichannel Sales Repository (MCSR)
  
• Multichannel Sales Analytics
  
• Inventory Visibility Analytics

• Predictive capabilities, leveraging the Demand Data Foundation (DDF) and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF)
  

• 8-10 years minimum SAP experience
  
• Strong experience managing and configuring other supply chain applications
  
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and drive cross-functional detailed planning and crafting of deployment plans with technology and all business partners
  
• Expert BSA with experience documenting functional requirements, business process flows, value stream mapping, technical requirements, and data maping
  
• Agile champion and proficient in tools to support this methodology
  
• Familiarity with different types of integration methods on different platforms
  
• Forward thinking with process improvement and even opportunities for automation
  
• Rigorous scheduling at the task level, with overall accountability at the project level

As our HANA Project Leader for the clients Business Deployment team, you will be responsible for delivering large and complicated Global and GEO Deployment deliverables for the Marketplace Activation program in North America and beyond.

This role is very broad in its responsibilities. You will engage with applications engineering, release/change management, vendor partners, as well as strategic partners across client business teams, and the technology landscape. You will deliver all phases of deployment management, leading the transformation within your functional space, manage communications and senior leadership updates. An important task is to acknowledge and advise how different applications interact/interface with each other, bringing these functions together to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing cutover plan ensuring a smooth go-live.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As mentioned above, this position is Global, so you will work with individuals and teams across the world. This individual must be accepting of off-hour meetings. The client team is located in North America and India, but business teams stretch from Greater China, Singapore, Western Europe through North America.

From a SEC lens, you will engage with business leads, application engineering, technical operations, release/change management, database engineering, integration, as well as vendor partners
