The Staff Padis searching for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing clients sales team in Houston, TX.


Our client is a market leader in property technology. From their start over 45 years ago, they were one of the first in-building property technology innovators. Today, they are building on that legacy as a stable, but innovative provider of video, data, and digital transformation services to the largest owners and managers of hotel and multifamily brands in the world.


Description:

TheSales SupportSpecialistservesas a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers. They handle administrativeduties,division operational dutiesandanalyze and improve processestoensure that theteamoperatesefficiently.


Ideal candidatesare highly detail-oriented, critical thinkerswith excellent organizationskillsalong with the ability to prioritizetasksand meet deadlines.Theymustenthusiasticallysupport our ImpruviX Leadership Team,manage a large work volume in a fast-paced environment.



KeyResponsibilities:

Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
Providessupport inprocessing and maintainingrecords in CRM throughout the salesprocess.
Createsproposals,contracts, and amendments with attention to detail and accuracy.
Help define sales processes, sales operations and manage SLA s.
Coordinate and drive the weekly MVC call as well as ensure that the spreadsheet is 100% accurate and up to date.
Supports leadership teamby facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.
Analyzes operating practices to create and revise systems and procedures.
Organizes and participates in all teammeetings.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Answering client questions about productsand process.
Reconcile and submit all expense reportsfor department field techniciansby the 20thof each month.
Assists with special projects assigned by ImpruviX leadership.





Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience inproviding administrative and operational support.
Bachelor s degreein Business or related fieldispreferred.
Work experience as a Sales Support Specialist / Administrator in a technology-driven spaceis aplus
Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM
Strong interpersonaland communicationskills and the ability to interact withinternal andexternal stakeholders.
Must behighly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both in a team and individual atmosphere
The ability to think critically with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines.
