- Follow up the sales team's implementation of marketing programs and offers.
- Follow up the sales of the delegates according to the items, track the market movement, and direct the delegates
- Follow-up customer accounts and regular reconciliation of their balances
- Develop daily, weekly or monthly plans for the sales team
- Ensure that plans related to sales representatives are achieved
- Distribution of regions and development of sales programs for sales representatives
- Communicate with customers through direct visits and find out their problems
