• Supervising the Sales Team members’ work and performance via field visits
• Providing regular reports on team performance to management
• Motivating, guiding, and mentoring the Sales Team members to exceed goals
• Creating a positive environment within the team
• Adhering to deadlines strictly by communicating expectations to team members and setting goals
• Connecting with customers and developing strong relationships to encourage decision-making and brand awareness
• Maintaining a solid working knowledge of Nagwa’s products and services and offering technical support and information to team members
• Auditing and overseeing sales goals, employee development, and business development records and statistics
• Paying full attention to CRM and guaranteeing data logging optimization
