Senior Sales Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious senior sales specialist to join our team. Candidate should have 4+ experience in sales and digital marketing with creditable achievement. Candidate should have relevance experience in sales in field of human resources. We are expecting you to have strong communication and co-ordination skills.
Selected candidate will work with chief sales officer to help in day-to-day activity and also work on the strategy for digital marketing.
Senior sales specialist duties and responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy with CSO to increase the sales and marketing in Indian and oversees market.
  • Determine key business development KPIs and communicate with the team.
  • Do a regular market research.
  • Communicate with clients (email, call and face-to-face)
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers. Work on pre-sales, sales and cross/up sales.
  • Negotiate deals
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
  • Support team members to unblock them.
Senior sales specialist requirements and qualifications
  • {Mandatory} 4+ years of relevant experience as sales specialist and at least 2 year experience in digital marketing.
  • {Mandatory} Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • {Mandatory} Advance knowledge in power point presentation.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Master degree in English (Hons) or master in communication or masters in psychology
  • {Mandatory} Candidate should have proven consistent sales.
  • {Mandatory} Should have stronger digital marketing knowledge with consistent result over years.
