Sales Operations Executive For Front-Door - Subsidiary of ILLA

• Facilitate the presentation of the companys activities to potential clients and support sales representatives in communicating technical details effectively.
  
• Develop and nurture customer relationships, while assessing individual client requirements.
  
• Promote the organizations services to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  
• Anticipate and evaluate clients needs, aiming to build a portfolio of business aligned with their interests and preferences through innovative approaches.
  
• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the delivery of optimal services to customers.
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and clients, handling and resolving any issues that arise.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent post-graduate studies.
  
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in brand management.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior.
  
• Demonstrates strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
