We represent our client that one of the leading players in the baby products and accessories retail industry. With a strong presence in the market, they have gained a reputation for providing high-quality and innovative products that cater to the diverse needs of parents and caregivers.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to key clients, addressing their needs and providing product knowledge and support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and challenges, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to present to the management team.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on baby products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver and #x27;s license and willingness to travel as required.
