Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Preparing communications and sales tools such as presentations, specialized reports, link with marketing for launch materials and initiatives, and maintain monthly/quarterly updates
- Conducting a scheduled meetings with clients regarding feedback and business follow-ups
- Participating in pre-sales activities related to presenting the technical capabilities of Experia s team to meet the client s requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts
- Analysing costs and sales
- Preparing reports for head office
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
