We re looking for an experienced Sales Associate to be part of theirsales teams across Nairobi. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you ll be responsible for implementing the strategies and growth of all theirNairobi markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for our community commerce product sales in Nairobi, including the support of Key Accounts, Retail Brand Customers etc
- Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget based on market plans
- Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential communities
- Establish and develop long-term customer and community relationships
- Monitoring the market and identify market potential
- Develop community collaboration concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development
Requirements
- Degree in business administration
- Experience in the B2C e-commerce, FMCG, grains and fresh produce business Knowledge and commercial contacts to the fresh produce and grain market
- Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region
- Excellent language skills
- Independent and structured work
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills
