Sales Associate

360° PAINTING is the fastest growing paint franchise across America but is owned and operated locally. You focus on painting and we provide the confidence of long-term, successful painting projects. We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This person will be instrumental in all revenue generating activities within the business. The key responsibilities of this position include: perform sales appointments following our proven sales process, initiate lead generating programs, attend networking events, follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete performance reports to measure important KPI’s. The right individual for this position will be able to make great income while helping us continue our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales appointments following our proven sales process
• Attend networking events
• Consistently hit weekly goals
• Attend weekly review meetings
• Follow up on all work not booked on the spot
• Initiate lead generating programs
• Perform field visits and follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete performance reports to measure important KPI’s
• Complete or delegate office activities, administrative paperwork and duties
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
• Previous estimating and/or sales experience is a plus
• Excited about performance-based pay
• Sales & customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented and motivated
• Organized and detail-oriented
