As a Sales Account Manager, we are looking for motivated individuals who can manage and implement our team philosophies through one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and daily classroom-style training. We set the highest standards in customer service and sales for our clients. Our company and #x27;s nationally recognized customer service and sales team are dedicated to helping our clients develop their businesses into leaders within their respective fields.

The Sales Account Manager must be able to communicate professionally and clearly with our clients and CEO as part of a weekly summary presenting the customer acquisition and sales deliverables. A complete competency for effective customer service and sales strategies are a must for our Team Leaders. Projects can be numerous, and the ability to multitask is a necessity.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a role model and coach while developing trainees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations

Ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations

Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.

Demonstrates excellent facilitator skills in resolving conflicts between different points of view

Works closely with events planners and promotions coordinator on the execution of all events/promotions/entertainment

Maintains records, charts, and graphs of the team and #x27;s performance

Must have the ability to execute programs that deliver excitement, and provide a service experience that meets department expectations

Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other divisions

Requirements

Must have 5-7 years of experience in a related field or a bachelor s degree.

Retail mathematical measurement experience is required.

Broad product and brand knowledge within the Cosmetics and Beauty Industry required.

Strong persuasive abilities and excellent negotiations skills

Minimal travel up to 20%

In-depth knowledge of the inner workings of Retailers

Experience successfully planning and executing the launch of sales plans.

Demonstrated ability to work with and through people to achieve results.

Ability to plan 2-3 years account plans that requires forecasting and budgets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including highly developed presentation skills.

MS Office, Google Apps, and Mac proficient

Ability to work with details and perform work accurately.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work well in a team and independently.

Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, be flexible, and take on new job duties.

Compensation | Benefits | Perks

$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

$1,500/month commission + additional $500 bonus potential (at target) - top performers earning over $2,500/month

The expected salary for this role is $50,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Day Shift: 8 hour shifts.

Must be available to work weekends every 6 weeks.

Overtime is available.
