Restaurant Equipment Asset Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in restaurant facility management and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the restaurant industry, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the restaurant industry
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives
- Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to review performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of key accounts and marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant facility management and marketing
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management within the restaurant facility management industry
- Strong marketing skills and experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
