Booking, assisting and servicing clients from all over the globe Gathers, compiles and reports on information pertaining to the itinerary Coordinates a full range of travel arrangements, managing details for flights, transfers, car rentals, hotels and more Effectively and consistently monitors and promotes the latest industry specials in order to grow client base Prepares credit card authorization forms and enters client payment info directly into the vendor portal Handles confidential information Utilizes vendor online reservation system to ensure that client travel policy is followed in order to provide cost-effective and convenient arrangements
Requirements
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong working knowledge of computers Ability to market and promote current specials Perform market research and create custom experiences Suggest and complete reservations tailored specifically for the client Manage calls and emails and answer any questions or concerns with professionalism Be prepared to provide pre-departure assistance Handle sensitive files and maintain confidentiality Must be fluent in English Legal work authorization for employment in the United States, Mexico
