Remote Retreat Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, research, prepare, and book travel plans according to clients' needs
  

• Complete training material from company and vendor partners in a timely fashion
  

• Remain current on travel policies and protocols
  

• Maintain open lines of communication
  

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  

• Must be authorized to work in the US
  

• Have a smartphone, laptop, and/or tablet with reliable internet capabilities
  

• Organizational skills / Multitasking / problem solving
  

• Unparalleled customer service
  

• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and team members
  

• Self-discipline / high work ethic
