Our client is looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join their team as a Remote Online Chat Assistant for their nationwide e-commerce As a Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via online
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via online chat
- Assist customers with their orders, returns, and exchanges
- Offer product information and recommendations to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to the management team to help improve customer experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in typing and use of computers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with online chat software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
This is a remote position and candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet The pay rate for this position is $30 per
