We are hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance abuse professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. W2 position requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

Client Facing Availability & Expectations (4day work week)

• FT Primary Therapists are required to deliver 7 direct clinical hours per day and 28 direct clinical hours per week (i.e., individual therapy, family therapy, group facilitation)
  
• FT Primary Therapists are expected to deliver 20 of the 28 direct clinical hours during peak times During peak times, Clinicians may take one 30-minute meal break At least 3 of the remaining 8 direct clinical hours must be on the weekend day
  
• MST: Mon-Wed: 11:00 AM -9:00 PM, Sat or Sun 9:00 AM -7:00 PM
  Peak Times:
  
• Mon Wed 3:30PM 9:00 PM
  
• Sat or Sun: 10:00 AM -3:30 PM
  

We handle all of the scheduling to align with your availability, so you don t have to waste time trying to find times with a client. All communication outside of sessions with clients and their parents is handled by the Admissions Support Team. We have full time outreach and marketing team members, to ensure that your schedule is as full as you d like it to be.

Requirements

• Licensed in any of these states: ID, MT, andOR
  
• Masters degree in mental health or related field
  
• Confident in working with teens and young adults (a must)
  
• Skilled in conducting group therapy
  
• Must be tech savvy
  
• Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients
  
• Preferably with additional licenses/certifications in:
  
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  
• EMDR
