Job Description: The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat. This is an entry-level position, so training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users by phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Escalate issues to higher-level support staff as needed
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in technical support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Comfortable working with a variety of software and hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working remotely

Salary: $51,000 per year

Location: This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the United States.
