Job Description: The successful candidate will provide technical support for network infrastructure and related hardware/software systems. This is an entry-level position, so training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for networking technology.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network performance and security
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
• Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in network technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with network hardware and software (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working remotely

Salary: $55,000 per year

Location: This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the United States.
